The Area Vocational Rehabilitation Center II of the Department of Social Welfare and Development in Central Visayas celebrated its 50th anniversary on September 30, 2024. FPTI-Banilad Center for Professional Development was recognized and given an award of appreciation for its unwavering support, unrelenting dedication and commitment as a partner in the protection of rights of persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups. The award was given during their 50th Foundation Day ceremony.
