Course Description

The program provides an in-depth understanding of the principles and practices involved in modern contact centers. Students learn about customer service fundamentals, effective communication techniques, the use of technology enhancing customer experiences, handling escalations, and applying best practices in a diverse and dynamic environment. The students undergo industry exposure in partner BPO companies.
