BCPD is a project of Foundation for Professional Training, Inc. (FPTI), a non-stock, non-profit, non-governmental organization whose aim is to promote the upliftment of young Filipino women through various professional cultural skills training. As we are growing, we need more support in order to push forward our mission of empowering young women from the marginalized society and break their cycle of extreme poverty.
