Hotel and Restaurant Services is a two-year course that prepares the students for the National Certificate II (NC II) in the following qualifications: Cookery, Bread and Pastry Production, Food and Beverage Services, Housekeeping, and Front Desk Services. The students undergo an On-the Job Training each year to the different restaurants, bakeshops and pension houses during the first year and to the prestigious hotels and resorts during the second year.
