Banilad Center for Professional Development (BCPD) is recognized for its invaluable role in empowering out-of-school youth in Cebu City. Through its participation in the USAID Opportunity 2.0 Program, implemented by the Education Development Center (EDC), BCPD has contributed to strengthening systems that support out-of-school youth and improve their access to opportunities for higher education, skills training, employment, and entrepreneurship.
